The Senior Project Manager is responsible for all aspects of project management, including systems integration, procurement, scope, schedule, cost, quality, human resources, communications, risk, and stakeholder management. The role involves working closely with the project team, stakeholders, subcontractors, and clients.
- Manage project activities throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring resource allocation, scheduling, documentation, and budgets are maintained
- Achieve project budgets and provide monthly forecasts
- Serve as the primary liaison with clients, designers, site superintendents, subtrades, and other stakeholders
- Organize and guide project teams to produce deliverables according to specifications
- Manage contractors and trades
Qualifications:
- At least eight years of experience in commercial construction
- Minimum five years of direct construction project management experience
- Willingness to travel to local and off-site locations
- Understanding of Lean Construction is an asset
- Strong mentorship and coaching skills
- Self-awareness, entrepreneurial mindset, and strong personal values
- Knowledge of corporate finance and governance
The salary range is C$145,000 - C$157,000 (£78k - £85k), plus bonuses, share options, benefits, and relocation assistance.
