Job Description:

Senior Process Engineer

Role Overview: The Senior Process Engineer ensures the feasibility of proposals and designs, focusing on process design for PSA plants in oil and gas, refining, and related industries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead development and optimization of PSA systems for hydrogen purification, carbon capture, and gas purification.
• Assist in designing PSA plants.
• Provide technical documents such as P&IDs, BOMs, PFDs, and Process Block Diagrams.
• Conduct process simulations using kinetic and isotherm modelling.
• Utilize ASPEN Adsorption, HYSYS, MATLAB, and VBA for analysis and optimization.
• Perform CFD simulations with SolidWorks.
• Ensure compliance with ATEX safety standards.
• Analyse data for plant efficiency and uptime.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for process improvements.
• Develop technical proposals and address customer requirements.

Client Interaction:

• Maintain relationships with clients and understand their needs.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Master’s degree or higher in Chemical Engineering.
• Deep understanding of PSA/process systems and gas separation technologies.
• Knowledge of carbon capture and net zero solutions.
• Proficiency in ASPEN Adsorption, HYSYS, MATLAB, VBA, and SolidWorks.
• Experience with CFD simulations and ATEX standards.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
