Join us as a Senior / Principal Systems Engineering Consultant in Aerospace, Defence, Security and Technology (ADS&T). You will lead teams using Systems Thinking to analyze, assess, and develop solutions for complex challenges. With a Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) ethos, you will help clients innovate and unlock their potential. Our projects range from niche consultancy to large, high-profile programmes, providing continuous challenges.

Your Role:

  • Provide consultancy to project and engineering managers.
  • Lead the application of best practices and tools on projects.
  • Promote MBSE approaches to solving client issues.
  • Develop and execute strategies to meet client decision milestones.
  • Deliver engineering outputs within scope, budget, and time constraints.
  • Identify opportunities for growth and contribute to ADS&T expansion.
  • Mentor and coach team members to develop skills.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Experience with MBSE tools (e.g., Sparx EA, Cameo).
  • Knowledge of modelling languages and frameworks like UML/SysML, ArchiMate, TOGAF, MODAF.
  • Understanding of requirements engineering, verification, and validation.
  • Familiarity with engineering lifecycles and their adaptation.
  • Experience with complex systems integration, including military and civilian platforms.
  • Application of systems engineering processes (e.g., ISO 15288:2023).
  • Project and team management within various development methods, knowledge of MOD’s acquisition framework, and Defence in-depth knowledge.
