Job Description

Join Liberty IT as a Senior Operations Support Engineer and tackle exciting challenges in a supportive environment that encourages growth and innovation. You will work with the Operations Support Engineering team to enhance office environments, manage digital communications, AV systems, and support office hardware and software.

Responsibilities

1. Lead projects to improve Liberty IT\’s office environments and digital communications.
2. Facilitate project delivery and agile ceremonies, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
3. Contribute to energy efficiency initiatives within the office.
4. Mentor junior team members and collaborate with employees to optimize solutions.
5. Maintain and support IT systems, hardware, AV, and office environment operations.
6. Manage on-site and virtual events, supporting AV and communication tools.
7. Coordinate office space management, including moves and capacity planning.

Requirements

• Minimum five years\’ experience in technical support for large office environments.
• Experience with software, hardware, AV technologies, and office management projects.
• Knowledge of agile practices and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Certifications in relevant industry standards.
