We are working with one of our clients, an established multi-strategy hedge fund with a 30 year track record, to hire for a newly created senior operations role. The role would be the most senior ops team member in the London office. The role itself would take on a lot of responsibility in terms of managing all the funds day to day, for example dealing with various counterparties and oversight of the fund administrator. This would also be a chance to work closely alongside a number of Portfolio Managers.
The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of buy side operations experience, and as mentioned before, have good knowledge of a variety of products. Experience in launching new funds is also highly desirable.
The role will pay a base salary of between £90-120k, depending on previous experience, plus a strong bonus structure. They also offer hybrid working.
