As the most senior analyst on the team, the hire will lead BAU for the firm’s main strategy. The hire will be the main point of contact for the investment team (industry leading PMs/Traders). With most back office/operations tasks outsourced, hands-on tasks are highly analytical and/or focused on oversight of external outputs. The hire can expect to manage relationships with multiple external service providers. Project work is prominent; the hire will have opportunities to learn VBA, SQL, and Python to participate in major buildout initiatives. At minimum, they will project manage juniors on existing projects. Candidates should have 5-10 years of experience in hedge fund/IB/prop trading operations. Strong academic background and technical skills are essential. The role offers a salary range of £85-115k and a 50% bonus potential for top performers.
