We are seeking a hands-on Senior Developer to join a reputable fintech banking-as-a-service organization. You will be responsible for mentoring and driving continuous improvement. Working alongside peers, we are looking for someone who enjoys collaborating with their team, is confident, and self-motivated.
This role involves embedding and improving working practices, technical standards, and helping scale the delivery teams in line with organizational targets. Work collaboratively with stakeholders to identify, challenge, and improve solution design and execution. Follow secure and scalable development processes. Deliver creative solutions to satisfy user, performance, and security requirements to agreed test criteria. Investigate, assess, and promote the use of new technologies where relevant. Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders on software requirements and standards. Analyse application performance to improve the user experience. Document processes and monitor performance metrics. Assist and contribute to incident resolution as required.
The right person for this role will have:
- Relevant professional experience.
- Expertise working with the Microsoft stack, including Azure and C#.
- Strong experience working with APIs.
- Experience in building scalable, efficient, and resilient software solutions, including event-driven architecture.
This is a remote role, but you need to be based in the UK. Our client is unable to sponsor at this time. Salary ranges from £70k to £90k plus benefits.
