You will take the lead in strategically managing our most significant accounts, ensuring outstanding support and service while driving a substantial improvement in sales performance and profitability. Key Responsibilities: Forge and cultivate long-term strategic relationships with key grocery retailers to generate substantial sales growth and elevate brand visibility. Oversee the daily management of accounts , providing exceptional support and service to their buying teams. Manage Joint Business Planning (JBP) , emphasizing sustainable growth and flawless execution both in-store and online. Serve as a category expert , driving growth while representing the business with integrity and pride. Hold full accountability for the P&L , ensuring the delivery of budgeted sales and financial key performance indicators. Requirements: Minimum of 5 years of experience within the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) sector. At National Account Manager or Senior National Account Manager level with experience managing grocery accounts.
