Job Description:

5 days a week – Office based in London.

Up to £70,000 + Generous Package

Fella & Jones is seeking a Senior Merchandiser/Merchandising professional to lead our global sales, stock, and profitability strategies across Wholesale, Retail, Off-Price, and Digital channels. Reporting to the Merchandising Director, you will be integral in planning and forecasting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop seasonal budgets, range plans, and sales forecasts to promote sustainable growth across all channels.
• Manage stock flow, intake, replenishment, and markdowns to optimize sell-through and margins.
• Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to influence buying decisions, pricing, and promotions.
• Collaborate with Buying, Merchandising, Finance, and Digital teams to align strategies.
• Ensure seamless omni-channel product offering, balancing inventory and demand.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a senior planning or merchandising role within a multi-channel retail environment.
• Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in interpreting data and strategic planning (Advanced Excel required).
• Commercial awareness with problem-solving skills; adaptable to market shifts.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience with Wholesale, Off-Price, and Digital channels is advantageous.
