A well-established UK-based organisation is seeking an experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Manager to develop and lead its national recruitment strategy. This role involves overseeing talent acquisition across multiple UK locations and shaping the future of recruitment practices within the company.
The Opportunity
As Senior Manager Talent Acquisition, you will:
- Lead the UK Talent Acquisition strategy aligning with HR and organisational goals.
- Develop scalable recruitment frameworks ensuring consistency, compliance, and quality.
- Enhance the employer brand and EVP to attract key talent.
- Partner with business leaders to forecast hiring needs and build talent pipelines.
- Manage and motivate a team of Talent Acquisition professionals.
- Refine sourcing strategies and build talent pools for critical roles.
- Create assessment tools for various organisational levels.
- Oversee recruitment marketing and employer branding initiatives.
- Improve recruitment processes for efficiency and inclusivity.
- Advise on talent attraction strategies using market insights.
- Manage the TA budget and external partnerships.
- Embed diversity and inclusion practices across hiring processes.
What You’ll Bring
- Degree and professional HR/Talent certifications (CIPD Level 7 or equivalent preferred).
- Experience leading talent acquisition in fast-paced, multi-site environments.
- Proven track record in full-cycle TA strategies that drive results.
- Experience managing external contracts and agency partnerships.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Experience developing recruitment tools and frameworks.
- Passion for employer branding and storytelling.
- Data fluency to measure and improve performance.
- Experience with DE&I initiatives throughout the hiring process.
- Strategic yet pragmatic leadership style.
- Project and change management experience, including transformation programs.
