Role Title: Senior Manager, HR Operations

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the monthly payroll, including UK payroll, Nigerian Rep Office Payroll oversight, and pensions administration processes managed by the responsible HR Officer.
- Ensure the payroll and visa requirements for the Bank’s international secondees are met.
- Ensure compliance with all HMRC employer duties and requirements.
- Manage the HR Information System (ADP) to ensure robust and timely reporting on people metrics and facilitate employee and manager self-service. Develop a suite of standard reports and analyze the People report to enable data-led HR decisions.
- Produce quarterly Culture and People reports for the Board, including data analysis and HR strategy recommendations.
- Manage and oversee the benefits administration for the Bank.
- Responsible for the annual F&P process for the SMCR population, including the Board.
Key Skills/Experience:
- Proven experience in Reward, Reporting, and Vendor Management within Financial services, preferably Banking.
- Deep experience with HRIS, including reporting and data analysis.
- Experience overseeing payroll, with a detailed understanding of HMRC requirements for local employees and secondees.
- Experience managing benefit administration, including renewals and taxation.
- Oversight of the annual F&P process for SMCR population, including the Board.
