As a Senior Manager – Executive Reward and Share Plans for The Adecco Group, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager to support our Long-Term Incentive (LTI) and Executive Compensation portfolio.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Executive Compensation: Provide support across the executive compensation portfolio, including design, implementation and program management of executive compensation, ensuring alignment with business goals, market trends and legislative, regulatory and corporate governance standards. Maintain awareness and competitive intelligence regarding executive compensation and reporting. Support the preparation of materials for Board discussions and remuneration committee meetings, the annual Remuneration Report and shareholder consultation, ensuring external reporting obligations are met for executive compensation plans. Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including senior leadership, the Board, and external partners. Communicate compensation plans effectively to these stakeholders, providing guidance on complex compensation issues as required. Monitor and assess risks related to executive compensation, ensuring that the company’s compensation structure aligns with its overall risk strategy and financial objectives.
- Share-Based Compensation (LTI): Take ownership of the LTI portfolio, ensuring effective governance and administration of share-based compensation programs such as stock options, RSUs, and performance shares. Oversee the day-to-day operations, collaborating with third-party vendors and internal teams to ensure the smooth management of these programs. Prepare Board and Compensation Committee materials on LTI, providing strategic insights. Support strategic decisions surrounding LTI eligibility, design, and funding, and collaborate with Treasury and external banking partners on the financial aspects of LTI plans. Conduct market analysis and benchmarking to ensure Adecco’s LTI programs remain competitive and aligned with industry standards. Provide recommendations to optimize the LTI offerings. Ensure compliance with all tax and regulatory requirements related to LTI programs, maintaining effective communication and reporting with internal and external stakeholders to ensure transparency and regulatory adherence. This includes annual due diligence.
Job Requirements
- 5-10 years of experience in LTI & Executive Compensation portfolio.
- Extensive experience in LTI governance and administration.
- Proven ability in legal drafting and documentation.
