Senior Manager Ecommerce

Forward Role is partnering with an independent fashion ecommerce business based in Lancashire, seeking to add a Senior Ecommerce Manager to their team. Reporting to the CMO, the Senior Ecommerce Manager will oversee the ecommerce strategy and website trading. The role is hybrid, with 3 days per week in the office. The Role: As Senior Ecommerce Manager, you will own the strategic direction and execution of the D2C channel and marketplaces. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement the ecommerce strategy to achieve growth targets across D2C and marketplace platforms. Lead, mentor, and expand the ecommerce team of 5. Manage the P&L for all ecommerce operations. Optimize the customer journey across web, mobile, and digital touchpoints to maximize conversion and lifetime value. Collaborate with marketing, merchandising, logistics, and IT teams. Oversee trading calendars. Utilize data and analytics to inform strategy and drive continuous improvement. Stay updated with trends, tools, and technology to keep the business at the forefront of digital commerce. About You: Proven experience in a senior ecommerce leadership role within an ecommerce business. Strong P&L management skills and commercial acumen. Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to problem-solving. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
