This leadership role focuses on optimizing the order-to-cash process across major retail accounts, within a dynamic, fast-paced, and innovative environment. Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead 3 Team Leaders and a broader team to ensure a smooth order-to-cash process across UK and EU retail accounts.
  • Manage the entire order lifecycle, from creation to shipment and processing, ensuring timely delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, Sales, Supply Chain) to resolve operational issues and improve systems.
  • Monitor metrics such as On-Time Delivery, Chargebacks, and Penalties to enhance customer experience and performance.
  • Implement cost-saving and efficiency initiatives to increase revenue and reduce workload.
  • Oversee retailer compliance, including chargebacks and penalty management.
  • Support system enhancements, process testing, and new technology implementation to improve operations.
Skills & Experience:
  • Leadership experience managing teams in order management, logistics, or retail operations.
  • Knowledge of the full order-to-cash cycle, EDI processes, and supply/demand collaboration.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with KPI-driven process improvement experience.
  • Results-oriented with the ability to operate under pressure in a high-growth environment.
  • Excellent collaboration and influence skills across departments.
  • Experience with retailer optimization initiatives is a plus.
