Job Description
A high-profile multinational manufacturing organization located in Central London is seeking a Senior Legal Counsel EMEA .
The Senior Legal Counsel EMEA will ensure the delivery of high-quality, business-appropriate legal solutions concerning the Group\’s commercial trading arrangements primarily in EMEA, supporting the Global Procurement team. The role involves interaction with the in-house legal and compliance team, external legal counsel, and other advisers, with a willingness to travel across the EMEA region.

- 10+ years of international (Global or EMEA) in-house legal experience
Key Responsibilities
- Provide legal advice on specific business units in EMEA and to the Global Procurement team, especially regarding complex commercial contracts, claims, and litigation.
- Identify and manage issues related to competition law, compliance, employment, real estate, health & safety, and environmental matters.
- Operate as a business partner to the EMEA leadership team.
- Contribute strategic input and participate in decision-making processes from both a business and legal perspective.
- Support the development of the Legal Team to improve service delivery.
Skills & Experience
- Over 10 years of international in-house experience (EMEA or Global), gained within multinational organizations, including outside Poland.
- Excellent litigation and dispute resolution experience with the ability to resolve disputes proactively.
- First-class commercial contract experience with sound commercial judgment, anticipating business needs and balancing benefits and risks.
- Ability to understand complex business issues and provide pragmatic, commercial counsel.
- Strong analytical skills to identify and prioritize legal and compliance matters.
- Experience operating in international markets with an understanding of key risks.
- Interest in leveraging innovation and technology to support business strategy and efficiency.
- Ability to build and maintain effective business relationships as a trusted advisor.
- Influencing skills to achieve desired outcomes with internal and external stakeholders.
- Excellent organization and time management skills.
- Integrity, courage, and diplomatic approach to challenging issues.
- Experience supporting senior management and working in cross-cultural environments.
