Possibl is recruiting on behalf of a creative, energetic and passionate group of folks at a talent and learning consultancy with a big interest in behavioural science. Based in London (hybrid & flexible), a new position, a Senior Learning Design Manager, has become available to join their high performing and creative design hub, to create memorable learning experiences across a range of topics, serving big name clients in the UK. In return, you will be joining a growing, vibrant and award winning consultancy rubbing shoulders with a mix of consultants, practitioners and senior client leaders creating meaningful, impactful experiences for big name businesses. What you will do:
- Design and develop experiential learning, training and communications for clients, with a focus on management development programmes (Virtual and F2F).
- Lead end to end on medium and large sized projects, playing a key role in major team-based, higher value ones.
- Own several client projects simultaneously, delegating to managers, execs and analysts in the team.
- Use your writing skills to create memorable learning sessions with clear outcomes.
- Support on sales related activities such as RFPs, proposals etc.
Experience & skills required:
- Time served designing experiential learning sessions (ideally using behavioural science and human centred design principles).
- Excellent relationship builder internally and externally, including with senior leaders.
- Ability to own complex medium and large size projects end to end.
- Strong creative writing skills – for both L&D design and generally.
- Analytical and able to problem solve.
- Experienced in an HR, L&D, talent & development role ideally (in-house or consulting) or within a creative writing position, with an interest in learning & development.
