Job Responsibilities This position reports to a Regional IT Director or IT Manager and provides support of desktop/laptop computer systems of a complex nature to ensure end-user productivity and efficiency. You will use advanced troubleshooting techniques to provide accurate, timely, and creative resolutions to user and local office technology-related issues. Serve as the local team lead for the office and provide back-up support to the Regional IT Director and/or IT Manager. Coordinate the desktop-support-related activities of team members and serve as the back-up to the Regional IT Director and/or IT Manager as needed. Mentor and train other team members, actively sharing knowledge and best practices, as needed and assigned. Actively participate in and occasionally lead (including testing and documentation) software pre-pilots, pilots, and roll-outs. Perform detailed problem analysis, document issues and resolutions related to software or network situations, and work with software and hardware engineers when escalation is necessary. Skills Required 10+ years in IT Support experience, with 3+ years within a law firm is essential. Provide technical support for O365, AD, Azure, Intune, iManage, Bighand, Intapp, SCCM, Avaya, Apple/Android mobile devices & network protocols.
