We're partnered with one of the UK’s most recognisable broadcasters to find a Senior Insight Analyst for their Commercial Insight team. Sitting within a newly centralised Audience Insights function, this role works directly with senior stakeholders to deliver high-value insight that influences advertising strategy, client pitches, and commercial decision-making. You’ll act as a thought partner to the Commercial leadership team, translating business challenges into data-driven solutions and impactful stories.

THE ROLE:

  • Reporting into the Insight Business Partner (CRO & Distribution), you’ll work across TV, digital, and social campaign performance to support ad effectiveness measurement and audience analysis.
  • Help shape advertiser briefs by delivering insight on reach, engagement, and ROI.
  • Lead the design and delivery of bespoke insight and effectiveness studies.
  • Analyse large datasets across multiple sources including BARB, YouTube, and internal first-party data.
  • Use tools like TechEdge, TGI, AdIntel, and TouchPoints to evaluate media consumption and advertising impact.
  • Create engaging, insight-led presentations to support Sales in pitches to agencies and clients.
  • Collaborate closely with the wider research, analytics, and reporting teams to deliver joined-up insight solutions.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

  • Proven experience in media, advertising, or research – from an agency, broadcaster, or client-side.
  • Strong analytical ability, confident working with large data sets and campaign metrics.
  • Excellent storytelling and communication skills, with the ability to turn data into actionable commercial insight.
  • Experience with media and audience tools like TechEdge (BARB), TGI, AdIntel, and TouchPoints.
  • Strong Excel skills; Power BI or dashboarding experience a plus.
  • Collaborative and proactive, with the confidence to push back and challenge briefs where needed.
  • Understanding of campaign effectiveness, brand lift, or attribution measurement is highly desirable.
