The Company
This well-reputed company is a long-standing business based in the London Bridge area. They are a mid-sized specialist recruitment business focusing on international hires into mainly Europe and North America. They are early-stage funded clients up to stock market-listed clients, providing access to top-tier brands, with collaboration across the business and international travel to meet clients. All directors and managers have been promoted from within, emphasizing organic, stable growth and strong client partnerships through communities, face-to-face events, and close work with the marketing and events teams.

The Role
You will be hiring IT professionals in Europe. This role offers a significant opportunity for a skilled recruiter to elevate their billing. The position is primarily perm, but candidates with relevant contract experience are also welcome. The company is interested in candidates willing to handle very senior markets, as they have an executive search division operating on a retained basis.

The Package
Basic salary of 30-40k for Senior Recruitment Consultants
Uncapped commission scheme
Commission of 20% to 30% on earnings above a 6k threshold, including existing client accounts
4 days in the office per week, 1 day remote

The Requirements
Proven success in 360 recruitment with client acquisition experience
At least 2 years of recruitment experience
Experience hiring internationally is preferred
Must reside in the UK with reasonable commuting access to the office
IT recruitment experience is essential
Experience using LinkedIn for hiring
Experience with face-to-face events and community engagement is desirable
Willingness to travel within Europe for events and stakeholder engagement
Ability and willingness to work in the office 4 days a week
