Our client is an ambitious and well-regarded professional services company seeking a Senior HR Manager to drive HR strategy and oversee its implementation. The role involves acting as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, aligning HR practices with business goals, and fostering a high-performance culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership: Partner with leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives, develop HR strategies for transformation and growth, advise on talent management, and support workforce planning.
- Employee Relations & Performance Management: Lead employee relations cases, advise on performance strategies, and develop employee engagement programs.
- Talent Acquisition & Succession Planning: Oversee recruitment, manage talent pipeline, and guide leadership development.
