Key Responsibilities include:

  • Strategic Leadership: Partner with leadership, develop HR strategies, advise on talent management, and support organizational growth.

  • Talent Acquisition & Succession Planning: Oversee recruitment, manage talent pipelines, and develop leadership talent.

  • HR Systems & Processes: Optimize HR tools, implement metrics, and ensure system accuracy.
  • Policy Development & Compliance: Lead policy creation, ensure legal compliance, and oversee HR operations.
