My client is a global social purpose organisation looking for an experienced Senior HR Advisor to join their People team. This role will report directly to the HR Director and manage all generalist people-related issues while supporting their strategic vision. You will also be offered incredible ongoing development, something they truly pride themselves on as a business.
Duties will include:
- Coaching and supporting line managers on all generalist related queries including absence, performance, and ER issues
- Benchmarking salaries and advising on benefits and providers
- Reviewing and updating all HR policies and ensuring they are in line with current legislation
- Managing all ER related issues, escalating to the HRBP when necessary
- Supporting on wider projects and gathering data for things like attrition and up-to-date employee numbers
- Mentoring their HR and Recruitment Advisor
- Supporting and improving cyclical processes such as objective setting, calibration, engagement surveys, and pay reviews
You must have solid HR Advisory experience and have worked within a small HR team. Strong stakeholder management skills are crucial, as well as the ability to remain pragmatic and professional at all times. This is a highly operational role, so you must be passionate about this side of HR.
They need someone to start as soon as possible, so you must have a maximum 1-month notice period. This is a hybrid working role, requiring 2 days a week in the office, where they also offer incredible benefits that are both flexible and competitive.
