My client is a rapidly growing recruitment company with a focus on placing Go-To-Market (GTM) & Tech professionals into tech start-ups. They are looking to expand their team and are seeking motivated individuals to join them in their journey of growth and success!
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruiting for VP of Sales, CROs, Head of Sales, Sales Directors, and Enterprise Account Managers.
- Working with VC-backed SaaS AI and Data start-ups to supply Senior positions alongside full team build-outs of their commercial functions.
- Manage a portfolio of existing accounts, with the opportunity to grow and increase their spend.
- Blend between Account Management and winning new business, focusing on building sales teams in tech start-ups.
- Proactively headhunt and place candidates within the Tech industry, specializing in AI, ML, Automation, and Software engineering.
- Collaborate with the team to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
