Senior Freight Account Manager / Business Development Manager (Air, Sea or Road)
20% of GP Commission Structure! + Salary up to £65,000 + Company Car + Remote Working
My client offers a flexible environment with no micro-management or pointless KPIs! If you have a proven track record of winning new business and seek recognition and progression, this opportunity is ideal for you.
Package:
- An uncapped and incentivised bonus scheme paying up to 20% of GP, with a potential annual OTE of over £100,000.
- Uncapped Commission: up to 20% of GP, paid monthly.
Responsibilities / Duties:
- Prospecting new business leads via telesales
- Job costing and preparing quotes
- Managing cargo movement via Road, Air, or Sea Freight
- Maintaining customer retention
- Providing excellent customer service
- Regular communication with customers to address questions and keep them informed
