Working with some big name brands, they deliver logistically complex events for delegate numbers in the thousands all over the world and are now seeking a strong PM to join the team.
The Role
We are seeking a driven and experienced Senior Event Manager with a strong understanding of pharmaceutical compliance regulations and experience in logistics-heavy events. This is a client-facing role where you will build strong relationships with stakeholders, plan and deliver a range of events from congress attendance to standalone events and advisory boards, including venue finding, delegate registration, and supplier management. The role will include international travel on-site where you will be the lead event manager for these key events.
About You
Ideally, you are already working within an events agency (or brand side in a pharma company) and have experience in delivering HCP-focused events with complex logistics and large delegate numbers. An understanding of compliance regulations in the industry is key, and delegate management using Cvent would be preferable.
