Job Title: Senior Event Manager/ Head of Events

Luxury Iconic Brand

We are delighted to be partnering with an Iconic luxury brand who are looking for a creative force to help bring our world to life across the EMEA region.

The Role

We’re on the lookout for a visionary Head of Events/Brand Experience Lead to head up all events and brand activations—from fashion week, to brand collaborations to large scale events across EMEA. This person will play a key role in delivering experiences that reflect the sophistication and imagination of this brand working hand-in-hand with teams across marketing, retail, PR, creative, and more.

Your Impact

• Lead the development and flawless execution of standout brand activations and hospitality programs across EMEA.
• Seek out new trends, formats, and partners to ensure every project feels fresh, culturally relevant, and distinct.
• Collaborate across multiple functions to bring ideas to life and ensure alignment with global brand direction.
• Elevate their presence through compelling storytelling and smart amplification strategies.
• Own the logistics—overseeing budgets, timelines, supplier relationships, and post-event reporting.
• Guide and support a talented events and production team to deliver with excellence and enthusiasm.

About You

• You bring 8+ years of experience delivering premium event and brand experiences, ideally within fashion, lifestyle, luxury, or design sectors.
• You’re strategic and hands-on, equally comfortable pitching an idea to execs as you are rolling up your sleeves to make it happen.
• Your attention to detail is unmatched, and you thrive under pressure and deadlines.
• You understand the power of storytelling in creating emotional brand connections.
• You’re collaborative, energetic, and a natural relationship builder with strong networks in the UK and/or across Europe.
• You’re confident using Excel and PowerPoint, and comfortable working in a cross-functional, international environment.
• You’re open to travel and excited by the idea of shaping experiences across diverse markets.
