Senior eDiscovery Consultant

This is an opportunity to join a forensic technology team consisting of both eDiscovery and digital forensic consultants. The partners plan to grow the team from 5 to 10 members over the next 2 years, starting by hiring an experienced project manager to hit the ground running from day one.

Responsibilities of a Senior eDiscovery Consultant:

• Independently manage large-scale litigation projects, often multiple simultaneously, for a diverse clientele nationwide.
• Advise custodians and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure high standards of compliance and effectiveness.
• Contribute to all phases of the disclosure process, including processing, review management, analytics, and productions.

Requirements of a Senior eDiscovery Consultant:

• Over 6 years of experience in eDiscovery, particularly on the right side of the EDRM model.
• Expertise in Relativity (MUST HAVE).
• Ability to clearly articulate complex technical information to non-technical audiences.
• Proficiency in identifying technical issues and recommending solutions.
• Knowledge and application of TAR and CAL.
• Additional qualifications such as Mastery are preferred; RCA certification is considered standard.
