Your Opportunity to Shape the Future

  • Own and evolve the global People Strategy, aligning it to business priorities across diverse regions.
  • Partner with the CEO, Board and Executive Team to shape a future-ready workforce, through workforce planning, succession design, and organisational development.
  • Lead a multi-regional People function, including Talent Acquisition, Rewards, HR Operations, Learning & Development, and People Systems.
  • Champion culture, engagement, and Diversity & Inclusion, helping to shape a collaborative and inclusive workplace.
  • Guide post-M&A integration and support transformational programmes as the business continues to grow.
