The Role
We’re looking for a Senior Designer with solid agency experience to join this forward-thinking team. You’ll collaborate closely with the Creative and Design Directors, as well as Project Managers, Developers, Illustrators, and Animators to bring ideas to life across a range of platforms:
- User-centric websites
- Branding and identity development
- Campaigns across digital and print
- Social-first creative content
- Email marketing and digital banners
- Occasional print collateral
About You
You’re a creative, strategic thinker with at least 5 years of agency experience and a portfolio that showcases your ability to turn complex briefs into clean, cohesive, and impactful design. You bring:
- Strong conceptual and branding skills
- A degree in Graphic Design or related field
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, plus Sketch or Figma
- Understanding of UI/UX principles and responsive design systems
- Excellent attention to detail and time management
- A collaborative, team-focused mindset
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- A practical, hands-on approach
