Calling all design wizards! Do you have a taste for bringing campaigns to life? Can you conceptualise great ideas and bring those stories to life? Do you have a natural flare for great branding? If so, it’s time to roll up your sleeves because Krispy Kreme is looking for a Senior Designer to whip up mouthwatering visuals across digital with some print, and packaging thrown in for good measure.
What You’ll Do
- Cook up delicious campaigns – Work within our creative team to design everything from key visuals to packaging that makes customers eager to taste our delicious Doughnuts.
- Keep it fresh – Adapt global designs for the UK & Ireland, making sure they hit just right.
- Make the internet a tastier place – Design digital assets, web visuals, social content, and even add a dash of animation magic.
- Direct deliciousness – Help bring our products to life by planning and directing photo & video shoots that make our campaigns & Doughnuts come to life.
- Lead, inspire & collaborate – Collaborate with our internal designers, work with agencies & freelancers, and champion creativity across all touchpoints.

What We’re Looking For
- A strong portfolio showcasing exceptional digital, print, and packaging design skills. Digital expertise is key to this role, but print and packaging are just as important.
- Mastery of Adobe CC – Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign are essential.
- Animation skills – Experience creating and integrating enhanced animations in digital assets, with After Effects expertise being a big plus.
- Typography & storytelling genius – You understand how to make words and visuals work together beautifully.
- UX know-how – Familiarity with UX principles for websites, apps, and digital platforms is a bonus (but not a deal-breaker).
- Art direction chops – The ability to lead and oversee photo & video shoots is desirable, but not required.
