Collaborate with clients to evaluate data quality and business value, performing detailed assessments of critical data elements. Assist in defining data governance processes to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and integrity across systems. Review client systems to understand data structures and workflows. GIS Data Modeling & Transformation Design GIS data models aligned with business goals, transforming data using tools like Python, Perl, Safe FME, and proprietary utilities. Standardize datasets to support scalable, automated workflows. Establish automated data ingestion processes for client data. Documentation & Compliance Create documentation for data architectures and transfer processes. Ensure compliance with privacy and security standards such as PII, PCI, PI, FERC, and CPNI. Deployment & Operational Support Contribute to deployment teams to implement new data models. Work with stakeholders to prioritize data sources based on assessments and business objectives. Document data collection and transfer methods, ensuring adherence to best practices. Collaborate with project managers to integrate new data sources. ETL Development Develop automated ETL pipelines prioritizing scalability and reliability. Leverage expertise in data architecture, large-scale modeling, and extracting insights. Manipulate structured and unstructured data. Understand relational databases and data modeling principles.
