Job Description:

An established consultancy building Microsoft BizzApps teams is seeking a Senior CE Project Manager. This role is pivotal in shaping internal delivery practices and enhancing the Microsoft practice.

Project sizes typically range from £30k to £500k, offering a dynamic and rewarding environment.

Ideal Skills and Attributes:

• Project Management Expertise: Proven success managing projects from £30k to £250k+.
• Risk Management: Ability to identify risks and implement mitigation strategies effectively.
• Methodologies: Proficiency in PRINCE2, Scrum, DSDM, or similar methodologies.
• Dynamics 365 Knowledge: Experience with Dynamics 365 or similar CRM platforms.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for client interactions.
• Team Collaboration: Strong team player capable of engaging stakeholders at all levels.
• Leadership and Influence: Ability to lead and motivate project teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Delivery: Manage end-to-end project delivery, ensuring scope, budget, and deadlines are met, and communicate any changes effectively.
• Operational: Contribute to internal decision-making for improving delivery practices.
• Risk & Issue Management: Manage project risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies proactively.
• Technology Insights: Keep informed on Dynamics 365 updates and communicate relevant information to clients.
• Resource Planning: Monitor consultant assignments and workloads for optimal utilization.
• Governance: Ensure compliance with standards, processes, and procedures.
• Team Accountability: Line management responsibilities for 2-3 team members.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Lead communication with stakeholders and foster relationships.
• Leadership: Provide clear leadership to meet project goals and motivate teams.

This is a home-based role with minimal travel, though some client travel may be required.
