This is a client-facing position where strong documentation and communication skills are essential. Key Responsibilities Work closely with clients to gather and translate business requirements into tailored D365 CE solutions. Configure and implement Dynamics 365 CE to meet client needs, ensuring quality and compliance with best practice. Create and maintain high-quality documentation including functional designs, test plans, and training materials. Collaborate with technical teams to deliver scalable, maintainable customisations. Lead client workshops, conduct user training sessions, and provide post-go-live support. Manage UAT cycles, resolve defects, and ensure successful delivery outcomes. Stay up to date with the latest Microsoft technologies, particularly within the Power Platform. About You Comfortable working across the full software development lifecycle, within Agile or Waterfall frameworks. Excellent documentation skills – examples will be requested at interview. Confident communicator, able to influence both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Strong functional knowledge including business rules, process flows, and interface customisation. Flexible and proactive, with the ability to work independently or collaboratively as required. Based in England, within reach of the Midlands or London for client site visits.
