Responsibilities:
- Lead the charge on qualitative research projects – from design through delivery.
- Guide and mentor junior team members, helping them thrive.
- Craft compelling, insight-driven reports and strategic recommendations.
- Manage client communication and presentations.
- Track project budgets and contribute to proposals and pitches.
- Champion smart, digital-first thinking in all research activities.
Ideal Candidate:
- 4+ years’ experience in qualitative research (agency or consultancy).
- A passion for impactful insights and storytelling.
- Confidence in project management, leading client interactions, and contributing to business development.
