As a Senior Consultant (Research Manager), you’ll:

• Lead qualitative research projects from design through delivery.
• Guide and mentor junior team members to help them thrive.
• Craft compelling, insight-driven reports and strategic recommendations.
• Manage client communication and presentations.
• Track project budgets and contribute to proposals and pitches.
• Promote digital-first thinking in research practices.

The ideal candidate will have:

• 4+ years of experience in qualitative research (agency or consultancy)
• A passion for impactful insights and storytelling
• Confidence in project management, client interactions, and business development contributions
