What You\’ll Do

• Making calls to existing and prospective clients
• Meeting with key stakeholders to develop relationships
• Negotiating to secure new business
• Working with clients to scope out project requirements
• Offering tailored solutions, including Time & Materials and Work Packages
• Researching projects and pipelines within your industry
• Advising clients on overcoming project challenges
• Making a meaningful impact on global businesses, their projects, and societal change driven by those projects

What We\’re Looking For

• A proven recruitment professional with a strong track record of billing and exceeding targets
• Business development experience and a hunger to grow your client base
• Resilience, self-motivation, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
