THE ROLE

The Senior Technical Consultant (L6) within Cisilion Professional Services will consult, design, plan, and implement technical projects. Collaborating with Principal Technical Consultants, Presale Architects, and other teams, they will support sales efforts by providing technical expertise, conducting presentations, designing solutions, and preparing documentation such as proposals, bid responses, SOWs, and architecture diagrams. All colleagues must be eligible for Security Clearance and adhere to Cisilion policies and GDPR standards.

KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE

• Minimum 5+ years of hands-on SMB and Enterprise wired campus design and deployment experience.
• Extensive experience designing and deploying Cisco Catalyst and Nexus routing and switching, including traditional and software-defined solutions.
• Experience with Cisco SD-WAN, Secure Firewall, Cisco ISE, SASE & SSE solutions, advanced routing protocols, switching technologies, and VPNs.
• Understanding of firewall migration, wireless networking, proxy/WAF technologies, NAC, 802.1X, EAP, PKI, MFA/2FA/Duo.

Knowledge of additional technologies such as Cisco UCS, SAN, Fortinet, Palo Alto, Azure networking, virtual firewalls, Terraform, and Ansible is advantageous but not mandatory.

CERTIFICATIONS

• Active Cisco CCNP Enterprise, CCNP Security, Data Center, DevNet certifications.
• CCNP or equivalent in other security vendors like Fortinet or Palo Alto Networks.
