The role can be home-based, hybrid, or office-based, with a salary range of £38,000 to £48,000. Prior touring or production experience is essential, along with ideally Sabre knowledge, although cross-training from other GDS systems will be provided. Your responsibilities will include managing entertainment and touring client travel logistics, ensuring exceptional service, handling air, hotel, ground transport, meet & assist, and private charters from start to finish, providing dedicated support using Sabre. Attention to detail, workload prioritization, and meeting deadlines are crucial. You will also ensure client budgets and specific requirements are met and handle administrative tasks including accounting queries promptly and accurately. Skills and Experience Required: Touring or production experience is a must Sabre knowledge is preferred but training will be provided Open to candidates based anywhere in the UK Flexible working hours, e.g., 9 am to 6 pm or later start/end times Strong reissue, ticketing, and refund experience Additional Benefits: Benefits include 22 days holiday, pension, healthcare, and a bonus scheme.
