We are seeking a Business Travel Consultant - Touring Specialist for an expanding independent agency based in the West End. The role can be home-based, hybrid, or office-based, with a salary range of £38,000 to £48,000. Previous touring or production experience is essential, along with ideally some Sabre knowledge; training from another GDS will be provided.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage entertainment and touring client travel logistics, ensuring exceptional service.
- Handle air, hotel, ground transportation, meet & assist, and private charters from start to finish, using Sabre.
- Maintain high attention to detail, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines.
- Ensure client budgets and specific requirements are met.
- Complete administrative tasks, including accounting queries, promptly and accurately.
Skills and Experience Required:
- Touring or production experience is mandatory.
- Sabre knowledge is preferred but training will be provided.
- Open to candidates based anywhere in the UK.
- Flexible working hours, with start times around 9 am to 6 pm or later if preferred.
- Strong experience in reissues, ticketing, and refunds.
