Business Travel Consultant – Touring Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Business Travel Consultant – Touring Specialist for our expanding independent company based in the West End. This role can be homebased, hybrid, or office-based, with a salary range of £38,000 to £48,000. Previous touring or production experience is essential, along with ideally Sabre knowledge; however, cross-training from another GDS is available.

• Manage entertainment and touring client travel logistics, ensuring the highest level of service at all times.
• Handle air, hotel, ground transport, meet & assist, and private charters from start to finish, providing full dedicated support to clients using Sabre.
• Maintain a high level of attention to detail in all aspects of the role. Prioritize workload and deliver within deadlines.
• Ensure client budgets and specific requirements are met.
• Process administrative tasks, including accounting queries, promptly and accurately.

Skills Required

• Touring or production experience is essential.
• Sabre knowledge is preferred but cross-training is provided.
• Open to candidates based anywhere in the UK.
• Flexible working hours, typically 9 am to 6 pm, with options for later start and finish times.
• Strong reissues, ticketing, and refunds experience.
