Job Description:

Business travel consultant – touring specialist – Required for this expanding independent company based in the West End. Position can be home-based, hybrid, or office-based. Salary ranges between £38,000 and £48,000. Previous touring or production experience is required, along with ideally Sabre knowledge; however, cross-training from another GDS is available.

– Manage entertainment and touring client travel logistics, ensuring the highest level of service at all times.

– Handle air, hotel, ground transport, meet & assist, and private charters from start to finish, providing full dedicated support to all customers using Sabre.

– Maintain a high level of attention to detail, prioritize workload, and deliver within deadlines.

– Ensure client budgets and specific requirements are met.

– Handle administrative tasks, including accounting queries, promptly and accurately.

Skills Required:

• Touring or production experience
• Sabre knowledge (training available)
• Flexible location within the UK
• Availability to work hours from 9 am to 6 pm or later if preferred
• Strong reissues, ticketing, and refunds experience
