Senior Business Development Manager – Europe and London – CAPITAL MARKETS

Location: London

12 month fixed term contract

A leading global law firm is looking for a dynamic and commercially driven Senior Business Development Manager in their Capital Markets team.

You\’ll be leading a high-performing, dynamic team, based in London but operating across both London and Europe. You\’ll be working directly with senior Partners, and you\’ll be part of the senior leadership team in the firm. This is an exciting, high-impact leadership role with real visibility across the business.

Transactional and law firm experience is essential to this role.

About the role:

• Building the pipeline for Partners in the firm
• Opportunity spotting and client targeting
• Driving the go-to-market strategy
• Cross-selling
• High-level profile raising campaigns e.g. podcasts, thought leadership
• High-level pitch leadership
• Managing a strong BD team (Managers and Senior Execs)

Who we’re looking for:

• You’ll have solid experience in strategic business development, within a law firm
• Strong commercial acumen and the ability to identify market opportunities
• A confident communicator who can influence senior stakeholders and lead cross-functional projects
• A collaborative, proactive approach and a genuine enthusiasm for client development

We need someone on a maximum of 1 month notice as this role needs to commence by mid-July
