JDRoss is supporting a global business in their search for a Senior ETRM Business Analyst. This is an opportunity to join a growing organization that has been established for over 20 years. You will work within regulatory and transformation programmes.
Responsibilities
- Play a pivotal role in aligning business goals with effective technology solutions.
- Act as a key liaison between stakeholders at all levels, translating business needs into clear requirements.
- Lead critical initiatives and mentor Business Analysts and Junior Business Analysts.
- Identify opportunities for process optimization, analyze and document business requirements, and ensure successful delivery of solutions that meet strategic objectives.
Qualifications
- Experience as a Senior Business Analyst with ETRM knowledge.
- Provide advice, guidance, and expertise to promote adoption of methods and tools among stakeholders, ensuring adherence to policies and standards.
- Experience in planning, scoping, and requirement definition for large, complex initiatives.
- In-depth knowledge of industry-wide modelling techniques.
- Ability to advise on techniques and influence stakeholders.
- Management experience or mentoring of junior staff is preferred.
