JDRoss is supporting a global business in their search for a senior ETRM Business Analyst. This is an opportunity to join a growing global company that has been established for over 20 years. You will work within the regulatory and transformation programmes.
Responsibilities:
- Align business goals with effective technology solutions.
- Act as a liaison between stakeholders, translating business needs into requirements.
- Lead initiatives and mentor Business Analysts and Junior Business Analysts.
- Identify opportunities for process optimization, analyze and document requirements, and ensure successful delivery of solutions.
Qualifications:
- Experience as a Senior Business Analyst with ETRM knowledge.
- Ability to advise and promote adoption of methods and tools, and ensure adherence to policies.
- Experience in planning, scoping, and requirements definition for complex initiatives.
- Knowledge of industry-wide modelling techniques.
- Ability to influence stakeholders on techniques and approaches.
- Management experience with teams or junior staff is preferred.
