This is an opportunity to join a growing organization that has been established for over 20 years. You will work within the regulatory and transformation programmes. Responsibilities Play a pivotal role in aligning business goals with effective technology solutions. Act as a key liaison between stakeholders across all levels of the organization, translating business needs into clear, actionable requirements. Lead critical initiatives and mentor Business Analysts and Junior Business Analysts. Identify opportunities for process optimization, analyse and document business requirements, and ensure successful delivery of technology solutions that meet strategic objectives. Qualifications Experience as a Senior Business Analyst with ETRM knowledge. Provide advice, guidance, and expertise to promote adoption of methods and tools among stakeholders, ensuring adherence to policies and standards. Plan and scope requirements definition and prioritization activities for large, complex initiatives. In-depth knowledge of industry-wide modelling techniques.
