Forward Role is working with one of the most exciting athleisure brands on the market right now to recruit a Senior Brand Manager. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement brand marketing frameworks
  • Craft and execute 360-degree marketing campaigns (creative, messaging, communications, and point of sale)
  • Monitor marketing trends and analyse competitive products in the marketplace
  • Maintain and enhance brand tone of voice and positioning
  • Serve as the key marketing point of contact for cross-functional teams
  • Lead the marketing go-to-market (GTM) process and support new product launches
  • Plan and execute brand and channel campaigns
  • Ensure alignment with the overall marketing strategy while collaborating with the wider team
  • Manage brand marketing reporting, tracking KPIs within the established frameworks

Requirements:

  • In-depth knowledge of marketing, including advertising, market research, consumer behaviour, and marketing analytics
  • 3-5 years of experience in a similar role
  • Experience working for a sports or clothing brand is preferred
  • Self-motivated, positive, and a problem-solver
  • Strong ability to build and maintain cross-functional relationships
  • Proven track record of executing 360-degree marketing campaigns
  • Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
