The role

A Media Agency is looking for a Senior Associate Director with media experience to support two key areas. The role involves two main client assignments:

1. EMEA lead and key contact for the client Head of Media (EMEA). You will represent all work developed by our local market teams, ensuring high quality and showcasing outcomes to the regional client, escalating barriers as needed.
2. Senior day-to-day lead for the agency team, supporting from the GAD. Develop relationships with senior client stakeholders, support strategy development, and focus on client retention and growth.

Accountabilities

• Manage key client relationships in EMEA, measured by Vantage and client service assessments.
• Drive new opportunities for practice and client growth, measured by delivery on new projects and solutions.
• Contribute to revenue targets, sharing accountability for relevant client revenue.

Experience

• Proven client services experience at media agencies .
• Leadership: Ability to lead, inspire, and motivate teams and colleagues to achieve shared goals.
• Develop meaningful client relationships and act as a trusted advisor, guiding and challenging clients.
• Curiosity: Use research and data to uncover insights and develop business opportunities.
• Strong communication skills for high-level discussions, reports, POVs, business cases, and solutions.
• Change agent: Ability to drive change and challenge the status quo.
• Commercial awareness: Understanding costs, revenues, and their impact on client and agency goals.
