We are pleased to be working with this internationally respected company in Central London who are looking to recruit a technically strong and commercially aware Senior Actuarial Associate to join their Syndicate Capital team. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to the oversight of capital modelling, gaining exposure to a wide range of syndicates and their approaches to Solvency II and internal modelling.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead risk-based reviews of syndicate capital models and major model change submissions.
  • Provide technical input, tools, and training to support junior analysts and ensure review frameworks meet regulatory requirements.
  • Engage with senior stakeholders to communicate findings and influence capital adequacy.
  • Support broader actuarial work including contributions to the Internal Model.

  • Qualified or nearly qualified actuary with experience in non-life insurance, ideally in capital modelling.
