My client, a privately owned research & marketing agency, is growing rapidly due to recent significant pitch wins and the ongoing success of their longstanding clients. This firm offers a unique portfolio of global consumer brands that many would aspire to work with.

They are seeking a Senior Account Manager to help shape outstanding work for some of the world’s biggest brands across fashion, sport, and entertainment. This key role involves taking full ownership of accounts, building strong client relationships, and ensuring projects meet high standards. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver who works closely with research, strategy, creative, and production teams to bring bold ideas to life.

• 4+ years of account management or client-facing project management experience, preferably in creative, digital, or media agencies
• Proven ability to develop strong senior client relationships while managing multiple projects on time and within budget
• Strong commercial acumen, including forecasting, financial tracking, and reporting
• Deep understanding of best practices in digital media, content, and insights
• Skilled in prioritising, delegating, and adapting to shifting goals and deadlines
• A confident, proactive leader who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
