Working across clients at the heart of British culture – from iconic FMCG brands to much-loved lifestyle products – this role offers the chance to shape the direction of campaigns that have real cultural currency. - Overseeing budgets and scopes, working alongside the senior leadership team to ensure commercial efficiency
- Managing sensitive or complex media issues with confidence, including occasional crisis comms and reactive response

What we’re looking for:
- An established Senior Account Director (not stepping up from AD) with demonstrable experience leading large-scale FMCG, consumer or lifestyle brands
- Proven track record in running multiple accounts simultaneously and managing matrixed teams
- Strong cultural awareness and confidence in working across earned media, influencer and integrated environments
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and an ability to distil complex ideas into compelling strategies and outputs
- A thoughtful and inclusive leader who champions team growth and wellbeing
- A collaborative spirit, excited to contribute to a culture of creativity, kindness and ambition
